Phoenix Construction & Trade Photography Pricing

At KH Photography, we aim to provide professional construction and trade photography services with clear expectations and reliable delivery.

Booking & Deposits

• A 50% deposit is required to secure your shoot date.

• Dates are not reserved until deposit is received.

• The remaining balance is due upon delivery unless otherwise agreed.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled shoot may be rescheduled once at no additional charge.

• Cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled shoot will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

• If cancellation occurs after arrival on-site, the full deposit is forfeited.

• If KH Photography must cancel due to emergency, the deposit will be refunded or applied to a rescheduled date.

Weather & Site Conditions

• Outdoor construction projects are subject to weather and site readiness.
• If conditions prevent proper photography (unsafe site, incomplete project, heavy debris, weather issues), the shoot may be rescheduled.
• Rescheduling due to uncontrollable conditions does not incur additional fees.

Delivery & Technical Issues

• Edited images are delivered via private online gallery within 3–5 business days unless otherwise stated.
• In the unlikely event of technical failure (equipment malfunction, file corruption, etc.), liability is limited to a refund of the amount paid.

Refund Policy

• All sales are final once services have been completed and images delivered.
• Refunds are not issued based on subjective preferences, changes in marketing plans, or project outcomes.

Limitation of Liability

KH Photography is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, marketing impact, or business interruption.
