At KH Photography, all sales are final once the photoshoot has been completed and delivered.
However, we are committed to providing high-quality work and will address concerns as outlined below.
Refunds will only be issued under the following conditions:
- If KH Photography is unable to complete the photoshoot due to an emergency or unforeseen circumstance, and a reschedule is not possible, a full refund will be provided.
- If a technical failure (such as corrupted files) prevents the delivery of usable images, a full or partial refund may be considered.
- If the client cancels the shoot at least 24 hours in advance, a full refund will be issued.
- If the client cancels within 24 hours of the scheduled time, a 50% cancellation fee will apply.
Refunds will NOT be issued for:
- Client dissatisfaction based on subjective preferences after the shoot has been completed.
- Missed appointments or no-shows.
- Inclement weather unless it severely impacts the shoot (in which case, rescheduling will be offered).
KH Photography strives to provide high-quality real estate images and excellent customer service. If you are not satisfied with your photos, please follow the steps below:
- Submit complaints within 48 hours of receiving your photos. After this period, revisions will be subject to additional fees.
- Clearly specify the issue (e.g., lighting concerns, angles, or specific adjustments needed).
- One round of minor edits (such as exposure correction, color adjustments, or slight cropping) will be provided at no additional cost.
- Additional revisions beyond the first round may incur an editing fee of $25 per image.
KH Photography will not be held responsible for dissatisfaction due to factors outside of our control, including:
- The home not being properly staged or cleaned before the shoot.
- Requests to edit elements that were present at the time of the shoot (e.g., removing furniture, changing wall colors).
- Unrealistic expectations that go beyond standard real estate photography adjustments.
